B | 深圳海关相关负责人介绍，深圳海关将全力落实海关总署出台的支持措施，多渠道多方式加强政策宣传解读，帮助企业用好用足18条措施，充分释放政策红利，支持前海深港现代服务业合作区全面深化改革开放，为促进香港经济社会发展、提升粤港澳合作水平、构建对外开放新格局贡献海关力量。据了解，为推动深港融合发展，海关将在前海深港现代服务业合作区践行“智慧海关、智能边境、智享联通”理念，试点建设跨境贸易大数据平台、深港“一单两报”、支持中新（深圳）跨境贸易数据国际互联互通项目，推动实现跨境数据互联、单证互认、监管互助。同时，发挥前海先行先试优势，聚焦深港规则对接，开展深港两地规则制度“软联通”合作，共商共建两地工作沟通机制，推进深港两地监管规则和检测标准的衔接，试点“一次检测、一次认证、一体通行”。在不断推动传统货物跨境贸易便利化的同时，此次措施结合前海特点，进一步在会展业发展、科研材料通关、跨境人员便利等方面发力，更加充分发挥前海现代服务业的优势。比如，为助力前海国际会展产业发展，海关将支持深港澳会展业“一展三地”联动，优化参展出入境及展品通关便利措施，打造数字化、智能化、便利化、集约化的展会全流程监管模式。此外，前海综合保税区作为前海重要的产业聚集地，海关将支持建设具有深港现代服务业特色的综合保税区，推动区域功能向全球供应链管理服务型、贸易结算型、资源配置型转型。
C | 支持建设电子元器件和集成电路国际交易中心、打造免税品集散中心等，为前海产业集聚打造新模式提供新动能。
